The Reality XXI Canceled due to Corona-crisis

Dear fans, friends and supporters of The Reality,

Without beating around the bush: The Reality XXI is canceled this year due to the Corona crisis. Because of the uncertainty surrounding the period of the event, the ongoing measures and the inability to guarantee the game event of the year to which you are entitled, we could not decide otherwise.

What does this mean for you?
If you already bought a VIP or BYOC ticket this year, you will have received an email with two options:

- You keep your ticket for the next edition of The Reality
- You request a refund for your ticket and receive the purchase amount back

How do I request a refund?
The email you received contains the link with which you can indicate that you want a refund. The payment of the requested refund will be paid no later than August 31, 2020. If you do not apply for a refund through the form before July 15, 2020, your ticket will automatically be converted into a ticket for the next edition of The Reality, as described below. The Reality XXI
Because we depend on the location and various partner in organising The Reality, we are looking for a date for the next edition. For the coming year, we are focusing on the second quarter of 2021. As soon as the date is known, we will let you know as soon as possible!

The Reality Online
In order not to be bored during the original weekend of The Reality, we will set up an online event in which we try to offer what The Reality stands for: a weekend full of fun with friends and acquaintances. Take part in an online pub quiz, compete for prizes in online competitions and much more. We are working hard on the program, we will keep you informed.

Support The Reality
As the foundation The Reality, the corona crisis also has major consequences. Canceling the event in September also has major financial consequences for us.
